noise from laundry staff at 4.30am waking me up!

upon arrival, i needed a laundry service

advertised laundry facility doesn't exist

the staff were friendly, the wifi signal was superb.

that the room service menu was not more extensive and didn t have healthy options for

my laundry was lying in my room for 3days

ev charging points. character, large rooms

item on the tray was covered in foil or cling film to keep it untouched on it's journey from the kitchen

great location. nice setting. polite and friendly staff. good bank of ev chargers.

bed was comfortable, excellent wifi connection and cleanliness of room was of a high standard.

room was very noisy all night as next to laundry/boiler room. needs some sort of sound proofing!

the only disappointment was the unstable wifi signal and that the helpful property cheat sheet didn t

staff and room service staff are fantastic, but sometimes it took a few tries to get through on the phone

the creche service is brilliant and allowed me and my husband time to enjoy the spa each day

loved that my kids and partner enjoyed the freedom of being able to do what they liked and i knew they was

very family friendly - the kids particularly loved the little play teepee in the room

everyone in our party enjoyed the superb leisure facilities, especially the spa, the manor golf course, the

room was superb as was the breakfast, gym and spa ... fautless !

no laundry

view from our room upon arrival at 2pm, was x3 laundry trollies, which blocked our french doors

laundry service was appalling suppose to be back same day and instead took 36 hours and i had no

scruffy exterior , noisy with kids running about

the only downside was that there is not a guest laundry but i did find a laundromat a 15min walk away, i felt

would have preferred to have had a guest laundry facility on the property, i had to walk at least 20mins to the

very noisy laundry room near our room, this noise continued all through the night.

no laundry bag, no complementary water in the fridge, no biscuits until our last morning

able to bring my dog although be aware not all rooms are pet friendly so check with hotel before booking

had a mix up with our laundry and remi was so helpful in arranging for the laundry to come and a later check

plugs next to bed and removable shower head (both pet hates of mine when not provided

it was very clean convenient and with good facilities like a gym

also kids meals on the food menu were ridiculously over priced

also no laundromat facilities on site, would be ideal for guests requiring laundry services

was a little noisy as we stayed on the 2nd floor so there seemed to be kids running up and down or bouncing up
