noise from laundry staff at 4.30am waking me up!

upon arrival, i needed a laundry service

advertised laundry facility doesn't exist

the staff were friendly, the wifi signal was superb.

that the room service menu was not more extensive and didn t have healthy options for

my laundry was lying in my room for 3days

ev charging points. character, large rooms

item on the tray was covered in foil or cling film to keep it untouched on it's journey from the kitchen

great location. nice setting. polite and friendly staff. good bank of ev chargers.

bed was comfortable, excellent wifi connection and cleanliness of room was of a high standard.

which is unacceptable considering the not inconsiderable cost of the room overlooking the laundry hold

maybe not overlooking the laundry cleaning building with skips full of dirty washing.

laundry was cleaned as communicated; very good

maybe some residents will take umbrage to the fact that the laundry processing area and delivery access at the

swimming pool, sauna and steam room are male or female so if going as a couple can't go in together

room was very noisy all night as next to laundry/boiler room. needs some sort of sound proofing!

staff were ever helpful, everything worked, parking no problem and the room was cleaned even though we requested

i found bed bugs and room service didn t clean up

please turn the heating on in the restaurant and bar area

breakfast was lovey lots to pic from , also very friendly to kids

it was very kid friendly. kids play area was a hit with my toddler.

lift very old & needs upgrade, also used as the service lift, for cages of laundry, so unable to get, straight

wifi connection was average, could not login on the second day. bathrooms are bit tired.

weather was perfect so had both doors open while i was in the room, people outside at the bar but minimal

breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the added touch of being able to download an app and get room service

into the bar was daunting at first, but i think that s being reviewed

old and very dirty the common areas it doesn t have a lift and the stairs that we come from the parking were

the wifi could of been better tried to get on to it and just kept buffering

wifi is a bit patchy depending what your room in, could do with some wifi extenders located so that

laundry man blocked entrance stairs to/from room and said i had to use other stairs to the pub

wifi was a bit slow and the flower pot now has no dedicated parking.

a spa or a massage facility would have been nice for tired travelers

you need a guest laundry where we can pop on and dry a load of washing.

the room sounded like it was next to either the heating system for the whole hotel or the laundry room because

place had an unusual smell, a combination of wet laundry and incense(

but the best thing was the little box for the kids - books, crayons, toys, games and mini marshmallows for

small and adjacent both to an ice-making machine that was noisy all night, and was opposite the laundry room
