to our room the staff had taken the few remaining tea sachets and we had to order more again from room service

out of action and it was almost impossible to work out how to get to reception; ended up in the laundry area to

weee average and when it came to asking questions about what to do in windsor and if there was a laundry somewhere

outside our room the corridors were filled with dirty laundry and leftover food from the 'cleaning' in the
