small room for three people and no laundry service

the following morning and they were so accommodating to my partner and my parents, allowing a late check out,

easy to get to. easy to check in and find our room. parking avaliable

friendly helpful staff, clean, quiet facilities, good breakfast, lots of parking, lovely location next to

also no laundromat facilities on site, would be ideal for guests requiring laundry services

food, lovely breakfast , clean room , fresh plenty towels, and comfortable bed

the rooms looked tierd. the splash pool and spa was out of service.

aztec room was really good for the kids there was a treasure hunt around the room

the common facility where cooking and laundry is performed has limited space which is too small for an 18room

noisy delivery of laundry very early in morning

but this really put the icing on the cake when mr laundry delivery man pulled up outside the hotel on a

all mirrors and glasses were filthy, dirty laundry on the corridors

they helped me with my suitcases,took care of my laundry and were very polite and helpful

we had a small issue with a fireplace of the room, and they addressed it immediately

we arrived late with 3 kids no room service or even crisps in

woken up at 11pm by a delivery of laundry banging and clattering then again by bottle bank under the

night stay, as we were given fresh towels, water, etc but the room was not made up and the old laundry left in

no room service for food after 10pm but fully understand there are national staffing issues.

was a ridge in the middle of the bed where the two mattresses met and the room was right by the laundry room so

taxis which never came, the cosy double was in the basement which required walking past all the laundry to get

tidy laundry left in corridor, although i m sure this was just on change over.

stay was sadly slightly ruined by the laundry truck arriving at 4am and trolleys being wheeled backwards and
