what makes this hotel are the staff, the large parking, the great size of the rooms and especially the super

plus the attendant seemed more focused on telling off kids if they moved any quicker than a slow walk than on

i had arranged a late check out but this hadn't been put onto the system so was disturbed by reception asking

staff took a long tome to clear room service that was left in the hall!

lovely hotel, great staff and location, excellent facilities (including heated pool).

the bath mat was threadbare and should have been rejected and retired=urned to the laundry company 2

we had dinner there both nights and the food was great, the breakfast in the mornings was excellent

regular room service was suspended due to covid precautions, but the cleaning staff were attentive and

real coffee at breakfast is essential!

later that night, returning late and feeling hungry, despite the bar being closed and food service ended, they

i couldn't access wifi from the room.

problem was our black clothes ended up cover in white hairs from bedding - manager to speak to laundry

wider variety of hot drinks also some more toiletries eg bar of soap/bits and bins in the room eg laundry bag

breakfast is sometimes buffet and other times order from menu i wish it was always order from menu

i had a tough day and having a drink by the fireplace made me feel much happier

bar can get crowded & not enough chairs

+ bed laundry were dirty and old-fashioned

pity wifi was not available in our room.

also no laundromat facilities on site, would be ideal for guests requiring laundry services

aztec room was really good for the kids there was a treasure hunt around the room

there was a wide variety available for breakfast and the quality was excellent also, parking was easy and

had such a wonderful stay, the kids loved it

the common facility where cooking and laundry is performed has limited space which is too small for an 18room

facilities to make your own breakfast ( breakfast food provided free) and cook other meals , laundry, free
