housekeeping was busy with the rooms, but there were carts and piles of laundry everywhere

and the sheets had a mark on which probably laundry rather than housekeeping

ceiling falling down, filthy dirty throughout, changing rooms filthy, dirty towels piled up in a laundry bin,

we didn t get to use the swimming pool/gym but i m sure it would be as good as anything else we experienced

wifi unfortunately wasn't great in the room that i was staying in as it was either slow or kept

the gym and indoor pool facilities were very good

rooms were comfy/ warm/ beautiful/ quiet best breakfast we’ve ever had

gym was well equipped with modern equipment

shower appeared to leak, every other holiday inn that i have stayed at has had a guest laundry you can use for

wifi was not great in my room in particular but the team went out of their way to ensue i was

food and drink was very expensive for what it was and i think the 5 room service fee is extortionate on top

two ladies on check in were very helpful with advise on getting to wembley and allowed us early check in which

very good and staff were excellent and very helpful indeed been my kids really love the stay

the bar was still open at 1am when we got back and staff were happy to serve us until we went to bed

the food was incredible and so was the bar and staff all included 10 out of 10 could not fault them
