when we checked out we asked help with our luggage and they had to use their laundry trolley

services as laundry and the location

there is also self laundry machines

room was warm/stuffy no water or drinking glass no bag for laundry no tissues

wifi was free but weak breakfast better than fish n chips

arrived late-after the kitchen had closed and had ordered room service in advance

early check in, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, polite staff, water bottles in room.

one responded on the room service internal number despite several calls, but reception sorted out my dinner

in a back room close to an exit the doors keep banging all night and wasn't able to sleep, the laundry was right

i had my 2 teenagers and 2 small kids with me and it was our first time in that area, so we did not really know

had a single room that was probably converted from a kitchen room of some sort

they helped us with check in as it was little late

i have regularly used the laundry and dry cleaning services in the pasty, but when i enquired was told that

whoever is doing the laundry is not drying the sheets completely so it smells like pee

they were able to accommodate an early check in, and the rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable

there was dirty laundry and bedding left outside the door of our room upon checking in, which still remained

large comfortable clean quiet room and restroom/water closet with large soaking tub & even a laundry line

full of kids

it also has a gym, pool and spa which are available to guests

i didn't use the gym, but it was a pretty good size, and a lot of people were using it

super convenient to do laundry before the next flight
