small room for three people and no laundry service

slow wifi

the following morning and they were so accommodating to my partner and my parents, allowing a late check out,

easy to get to. easy to check in and find our room. parking avaliable

friendly helpful staff, clean, quiet facilities, good breakfast, lots of parking, lovely location next to

also no laundromat facilities on site, would be ideal for guests requiring laundry services

food, lovely breakfast , clean room , fresh plenty towels, and comfortable bed

the rooms looked tierd. the splash pool and spa was out of service.

aztec room was really good for the kids there was a treasure hunt around the room

the common facility where cooking and laundry is performed has limited space which is too small for an 18room

noisy delivery of laundry very early in morning

but this really put the icing on the cake when mr laundry delivery man pulled up outside the hotel on a

location, facilities, room size and room service.

all mirrors and glasses were filthy, dirty laundry on the corridors

they helped me with my suitcases,took care of my laundry and were very polite and helpful

i didn t have time to use the wifi , so, no opinion about that

wonderful typical british 16th century inn, complete with creaking fireplace, cozy bedroom, uneven wooden floors

the pub itself is beautiful with a great restaurant and cosy bar space

we had a small issue with a fireplace of the room, and they addressed it immediately

room overheated and looked out onto a laundry area outside ( first thing you see on arrival)

we arrived late with 3 kids no room service or even crisps in

woken up at 11pm by a delivery of laundry banging and clattering then again by bottle bank under the

night stay, as we were given fresh towels, water, etc but the room was not made up and the old laundry left in

no room service for food after 10pm but fully understand there are national staffing issues.

staff reminded us that they were there to help and that there was a gym and laundry

well laid out room all day access to breakfast not too far from the station-15 min walk laundry boxpark and

everything works without any extra charges, cordial staff is always available, and there is free laundry
