what makes this hotel are the staff, the large parking, the great size of the rooms and especially the super

i had arranged a late check out but this hadn't been put onto the system so was disturbed by reception asking

staff took a long tome to clear room service that was left in the hall!

the bath mat was threadbare and should have been rejected and retired=urned to the laundry company 2

we had dinner there both nights and the food was great, the breakfast in the mornings was excellent

regular room service was suspended due to covid precautions, but the cleaning staff were attentive and

real coffee at breakfast is essential!

later that night, returning late and feeling hungry, despite the bar being closed and food service ended, they

i couldn't access wifi from the room.

the food was fantastic and the room service breakfast was exceptional

problem was our black clothes ended up cover in white hairs from bedding - manager to speak to laundry

wider variety of hot drinks also some more toiletries eg bar of soap/bits and bins in the room eg laundry bag

breakfast is sometimes buffet and other times order from menu i wish it was always order from menu

i had a tough day and having a drink by the fireplace made me feel much happier

bar can get crowded & not enough chairs

+ bed laundry were dirty and old-fashioned
