room was of a poor standard (no fridge outlook to laundry bins ect) mel at reception, reassigned our room and

laundry collection at 7:45 on the paving slabs was noisy and woke all of us up (3 different rooms)

upon mentioning the wake up call by the laundry skips no offer to resolve my complaint

we were also woken at 4:30am by the laundry delivery which made a lot of noise for about half an hour which
