when asked for a spoon at the bar we were told they could only give us plastic

i ordered room service and when i got it, it wasn t that warm anymore.

booked for my two college kids who travelled in europe for a month

the girls running up and down the hallway, but that’s what kids do. no big deal.

is no restaurant or room service, it's also a bit in the middle of nowhere so i would have preferred to have the option

she was so helpful and pleasant in accommodating an early check in for me the last time i was in chicago, i decided to stay here

we arrived early on a tuesday morning and staff let us have a early 10am check in we were grateful for that

before check in time and cause they don’t provide a baggage room or locker, they offered me an early check in
