i loved the location. how polite the staff was the breakfast, pool. very comfortable

a lovely view across the lake , a very welcoming lobby area with modern stylish furnishings , bar and grill is very good with good choice of wines

i know covid is going on so it kinda sucked the bar area was closed.

i did want to upgrade my room, but because i was checking in early i was told that i already asked for the early check in

lounge was terrible. the actual bar was just a shelf. pool was old. no hot tub.

charged a pet fee for a pet i didn't have. expensive for a hotel tht was so run down.

took a little longer then expected to get from the airport to the hotel because the shuttle was busy when we arrived
