our favorite feature was the pool

i went in the pool and you could hear them before you got to the door 3 kids under 16, no adults to be seen

we enjoyed the free breakfast array, including hot items

every room i’ve been in has a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator and freezer, it has a small stove, a sink and microwave

low prices and kitchetts and balcony and new laundry facilities with new washers and driers

quick working staff by the entrance desk, the very nice and kind, hard working kitchen lady, who was running around and stacking more food to help and make everyone happy

no free breakfast and kitchen had no equipment to cook or plates to eat or drink from and no coffee or coffee maker

had a clogged bathroom sink that was filled to the brim with water and there were roaches in the kitchen

vending machines, no laundry, coffee in lobby is terrible, beds are very stiff and bathroom is tiny

slim provides good customer service, and a pleasant staff member, and the housekeeping and laundry staff were very nice and helpful also

about the towels the front desk would tell us to go get them but then when we would go to the laundry room the lady would tell us to come back later (also she had a very cold/rude attitude with

the cleaning team was extremely rude when we asked for an extra towel and some laundry detergent

was very comfortable, the pool - omg the pool - was like bath water

she was so helpful and pleasant in accommodating an early check in for me the last time i was in chicago, i decided to stay here

we arrived early on a tuesday morning and staff let us have a early 10am check in we were grateful for that

before check in time and cause they don’t provide a baggage room or locker, they offered me an early check in
