no pet fee for our miniature dachshund

i made reservations for at room with spa and when we got there the rooms were all sold out.

the spa tub was really nice and the hotel was close to lots of restaurants.

everything it was perfect absolutely suggest getting the spa room me and my husband loved it!

however, the gentlemen at the bar was very helpful to take food and heat it

she was there when i checked in and helped to accommodate while i was getting my kids settled

is being very picky but i wish their fitness room had an all around weight machine

we came to celebrate our granddaughters 7th birthday and spent a lot of time in the pool.

the pool and gym where excellent and used extensively during my stay to unwind after a day in the office

she was so helpful and pleasant in accommodating an early check in for me the last time i was in chicago, i decided to stay here

before check in time and cause they don’t provide a baggage room or locker, they offered me an early check in

we arrived early on a tuesday morning and staff let us have a early 10am check in we were grateful for that

so close to all residential halls, perfect to spend a couple of days visiting northwestern kids

the bar and restaurant were used daily and were very nice

extremely friendly staff. great that the fitness center was open 24 hours a day.
