i did not like the pool area right in the front of the hotel.

the only reason i chose this hotel over others was the indoor spa / hot tub

have had a better breakfast ud83eudd5e but it was good for a snack and the coffee was

she was so helpful and pleasant in accommodating an early check in for me the last time i was in chicago, i decided to stay here

we arrived early on a tuesday morning and staff let us have a early 10am check in we were grateful for that

before check in time and cause they don’t provide a baggage room or locker, they offered me an early check in

the shuttle service to the airport was very convenient

the check-in process took longer than expected. the shuttle was not very comfortable.
