was continental breakfast every morning between 6a-9a

a hot breakfast would put the establishment over the top!

location and gym was nice

size of the room, the staff was pleasant bar and restaurant available on property, didn’t have to leave hotel, to get a meal

no grab bar in shower. hand soap too small. soap in shower mounted too high.

the city,,the hotel was very clean and quiet the queen studio was perfect for my two days and the pool was relaxing

we were in love with the kitchen area it was so helpful to have especially because we had our children with us

love the rooms the pool the food the staff everything was nice this is our 2nd time booking we’re going to be

much chlorine in the pool area couldn't enjoy it my eyes were burning and my daughter's was

right next to the mall and several great bar and restaurant options to choose from

or microwave in our room so i contacted the front desk to ask could i use the fridge for the mini bar and take everything out

spa services were wonderful

it was date night for me and hubby kids free

the gym and pool were some of the best i've come across outside of a resort. i'll be back!

it's very disappointing to kids that get dressed to swim and make their way down to the pool only to be told it's full and

having worked in this industry the bar staff is below average extremely impolite

of into the forest ,the room itself was quite spacious ,most importantly i was able to get early check in which is always

excellent gym we really enjoyed our stay

wifi service was terrible, you had to keep logging on to it

the wifi get dropping out, you would have to reconnect multiple times a day.

i loved the pool the breakfast was good the shuttle service was great.

disposal wouldn't work and kitchen sink backed up but strangely there is no maintenance staff on weekends, so we had to live

the swimming pool was a big hit as was the gorgeous breakfast with a great waffle maker

front desk clerk was not friendly and clear about where to go in the airport to catch the shuttle bus

was messed up, had to keep getting my key reactivated, laundry accommodations weren't working

had a problem with the security coming to my door messing my with my kids i was pretty upset she told me it was 4 to a room and i told her only 3 were staying a night

of the photos the hotel has on their website shows a breakfast tray in the room as if they offer room service for breakfast which they do not

we chose the property initially because it’s dog friendly with reasonable pet fee, but stayed again because the location is great (starbucks less than half mile away) and

the breakfast area could have been kept cleaner. the tables were never bussed as people left.

think there was a group of 40 kids that were in a dance team- they were running up and down the halls until 2 in the morning- i
