she was so helpful and pleasant in accommodating an early check in for me the last time i was in chicago, i decided to stay here

we arrived early on a tuesday morning and staff let us have a early 10am check in we were grateful for that

before check in time and cause they don’t provide a baggage room or locker, they offered me an early check in

stains in the hallway and the room were a little off-putting, and when i needed to use the guest laundry, they didn’t have change so i ended up having to go to a laundromat anyway
