charged a pet fee for a pet i didn't have. expensive for a hotel tht was so run down.

front des was sparsely manned and there was no breakfast on sunday morning, that i had expected

no breakfast, even though it said was included. there was no breakfast offered

i traveled with teenagers and they really enjoyed the pool and the safety of the hotel

she was so helpful and pleasant in accommodating an early check in for me the last time i was in chicago, i decided to stay here

we arrived early on a tuesday morning and staff let us have a early 10am check in we were grateful for that

before check in time and cause they don’t provide a baggage room or locker, they offered me an early check in

stay  i guess just a nit pick  the housekeeper, forgot one of our glasses on our wet bar but everything was clean and nice  and i didn’t use any of the glasses so didn’t bother

we chose the property initially because it’s dog friendly with reasonable pet fee, but stayed again because the location is great (starbucks less than half mile away) and

room as well as the hallway was located above the laundry for the hotel and thus had a laundry room and dryer odor to it
