there was a buzzing noise off and on all night, possibly from the laundry room

no room cleaning service the whole stay. idiotic one way turn in and out of the parking.

i needed to use laundry machine and dryer and they were not in service yet.

wifi was a no-show; had to get tech support on the phone to fix it, which they did.

with me for my cash deposit because i lost my debit card and on my last day they approved my late check out of

updating washer was broken we had to carry our laundry back up states to rinse off the soap the rep could have

helpful also bc they spoke spanish as well and that helped with my parents, we used the gym and laundry room

the laundry has become expensive - over $5 to wash and dry a single load

didn't know that the outdoor pool closed early and the staff member saw that my kids were having soooo much fun

the hotel is super clean including lobby, restaurant, and laundry room

felt like home away from home, room was perfect, mini kitchen, to the living space to the bed and 360 tv stand

appreciate that dogs are allowed, but be aware that the pet fee is steep: starts at $75 and jumps up to $175 if

only the runny oatmeal. otherwise, the breakfast buffet was great.

some items were not replenished like the kitchenette soap and some of the dishes were dirty.

i tried to go to the pool with my family we couldn t even enjoy it because there was about 10 kids not one
