the restaurant and outside bar seemed busy each evening but the noise didn't bother us up on the top floor

the dirty crockery and glasses and dirty laundry were still outside the room when we eventually got in

in after recommended check in time and all rooms in our area had dirty laundry piled up by the doors

unfortunately it was disappointing that dirty laundry remained piled in the halls awaiting collection until

no laundry room.

in the breakfast bar could be less stained but that is not the hotel's fault but rather the people who do not

the bar could have been 24 hours but other than that absolutly brilliant

wifi in the reception area wasn't always reliable (although in the room it was excellent) and the

trouble-free wifi connection, great sausages for breakfast :-) free parking.

inside the room is all you need ,free strong wifi :) enough space for 3 people.

everywhere i have stayed we always get complimentary late check out due to having kids its not always easy,

the kids enjoyed the pool, the adults the gym and the mansion and estate were very well looked after

kids loved searching for harry potter characters , great fun and pool lovely, also kids eat free is

comfy beds adequate gym and pool with spa pool and sauna/steam room a bonus
