no wifi in room

we are local to the area, so i booked this for my wife to give her a night off from the kids

there's a lovely big park opposite the hotel which is ideal for walking the kids or the dog

the bar was busy as it was an event day at crystal palace, but we were served quickly

i was shock on arrival to see the state and condition dirty laundry scattered all i front entrance

no washing facility/ laundry

no laundry service and had to do laundry outside the property.

the tv didn't work!! with kids is a little bit hard!

wifi was terrible no signal/service mobile or wifi in room 9.

the room i have been the noise was all day looks like there is a laundry closer, also the tv was hard to

my room was in the basement and there was laundry everywhere from when i arrived until i left

were checked in at 3pm into a dirty unmade room which still had the previous users dirty laundry in it

a high end hotel with no laundry service is unusual. makes things difficult for tourists

there is a house kitchen with all the tools one may need to cook a meal and a small laundry facility on site

the daily breakfast was good with several choices and the laundry facilities plus all day coffee and water were

finally, we were happily surprised to see that there were free laundry facility for guests - they sell soap

safe, outstanding breakfast, laundry, the hardest working hotel staff you will ever find

the room wasn't great and had to use curtain as staff would come and go in the backyard with the laundry

put me on a family room which meant there was a family above who could not get the kids off to sleep even after

wifi struggled when trying to stream video content.
