was able to check in an hour early and there was laundry on site which was inexpensive and convenient

laundry room was too far away and a little bit dirty with older machines

having issues with wi-fi. wifi signal dropping out frequently. cannot make calls and video.

we asked for a quiet room and was next to the exit door to the elevator, restaurant and laundry

only issue we experienced was very poor wifi connection

called in advance to make sure there would be no problem with the pet and then they spring really resistive
