our bedroom (57) was right next to a laundry servicing area, which was noisy well into the night (~11 pm)

were by the laundry machines below our room

noise between 12-2 am which sounded like laundry cages being moved and lots of noise from people talking

but a team member was engaged early next morning in trailing wheeled waste bins or perhaps laundry bins over

kids sized chairs that were almost on the floor they were that low, it just looked really tired it

although a golf course it still felt very rural, even though we were so near the town

it was a very pleasant surprise with beer served at reception and a lovely buffet breakfast in the morning

on turning down the duvet in the morning, discovered a hole in the cover caused by laundry

were upgraded for free as the restaurant was booked for a private function, and the room service food was lovely

another nice surprise is the fact that they offer free wifi to all guests

think at the very least the spa facilities need an upgrade as are very basic and tired for such a lovely hotel

kings arms has great character and charm and the room was clearly part of the original building as no straight

normal circumstances , i would have expected a formal dinner but room service was a sensible solution in current

parking at the hotel was easy, our room was absolutely beautiful, the bed was comfortable and

lack of room service.on the saturday the restaurant took over the hotel.

an early flight but could still have continental breakfast staff were friendly and efficient especially

always kids menus never cater for celiacs, and even the chickpea lentil dhal has wheat in the sauce which

bathrobe on my first night there (stay was for 2 people) i was later informed this was due to a laundry issue

very speedy laundry service (within less than 8 hours), very nice gym (love the technogym treadmill) and

the spa and gym facilities were good and it was overall a very pleasant stay
