laundry was complete ruined when my whites were washed with my blacks

at checkout, they charged me twice the same laundry - luckly i checked and they quickly corrected the bill,

com it says you have acess to swimming pool but wheni went on the harbour website direct it says you have to

customer service was excellent throughout, we was able to arrange a late check out which was perfect

the wifi was very slow for some reason and so was not worth using.

room but it overlooked what we think was the laundry room, so it was quite noisy in the mornings and during the

room hasn t been properly cleaned by the housekeeper with the old laundry and rubbish still in the room

a pet hate is the taking of 25 on a card on arrival and being informed that it could take 5 to 10

i didn t order food on this trip but my last trip i had room service and the food was fantastic

private and secure parking which was a great plus and the food i ordered from room service was great

the property advertised laundry facilities, however, they fail to inform you that it s only available on

room was of a poor standard (no fridge outlook to laundry bins ect) mel at reception, reassigned our room and

all the staff from check in to restaurant and bar were very friendly & charming with nothing being too much

late check out on day of departure really nice staff particularly in bar and restaurant restaurant

we were sent to the basement which was very cold and we were next to the laundry room, we were then moved to

the spa and loved that the hotel was environmentally conscious when it came to housekeeping and laundry

i had to beg for a bin bag for my rubbish- put my towels down the laundry shute my self

which is unacceptable considering the not inconsiderable cost of the room overlooking the laundry hold

maybe some residents will take umbrage to the fact that the laundry processing area and delivery access at the

maybe not overlooking the laundry cleaning building with skips full of dirty washing.

the bath mat was threadbare and should have been rejected and retired=urned to the laundry company 2

can hear everything so the noisy kids that were running around until gone 11 were as annoying as hell

early morning i was woken by a hotel worker moving huge blue laundry bins around right outside my window

we were told we would have laundry by monday evening (christmas eve), but just managed to get it five minutes

the rooms were spread apart - so kids were miles away

we decided to take the easy option of room service on the first night, rather than taking dinner in the restaurant
