staff are all really friendly and welcoming, good breakfast and comfortable room

even though it was december the room was lovely and warm with a good hearty full english breakfast in the morning

the bar area was full of character and the food tasty and portions very large

convenient bar downstairs serving lovely food and drinks

well considered homely, comfortable- above and beyond facilities (lovely robes , kitchen , great bath) the best pub and restaurant with the (+)apartment was very comfortable, super clean & very well presented & kitchen facilities well equipped (-) only slight niggle with the apartment was the small kitchenette: it was lovely, had everything needed but the sink was too small for some of the (+)apartment, high end furnishings and decor- all beautiful, very comfortable and spacious with kitchen, fridge and microwave

the staff are very welcoming, the little tour is unexpected but lovely, did nit get to try the bar this time but the breakfast room has a great view by the river

we actually didn t use the bar or restaurant but they both looked amazing
