the staff were incredibly accommodating from an early check in through to the evening close down

the room was excellent value with room service included (a lovely touch) - beautifully decorated with all the modcons and very (-) the room service did not bring the food and drinks on a tray (+)complimentary upgrade, everything stocked in the room was free. room service was excellent

room was very clean, pub itself is great and worked in the bar in the afternoon - found it a very comfortable place to work

couldn't fault the room but the lifts, bar & cafe were not very clean

we request for early check in and they only request for an extra charge of gbp 10, which we think is very

big and comfortable, room quiet

the bar staff make mean smoothies and the breakfast was hot and fresh

room was ok and the duble bed was large but not large enough to share it with 2 kids as the hotel failed to provide an extra bed

easy parking right behind the hotel (in the residential area), good access to public transportation (+)needed somewhere in this area with parking and were lucky to find the brewers inn (+) free parking (+) parking was extremely useful (+) there only a few parking spots on site but the adjacent street also has free parking (+)value for money, given the location, huge room & secure parking (-)drove and didn t realise you had to book a car parking space (+)location, price and the bonus of private (paid for) parking on site made our decision (+)friendly staff, good breakfast, onsite - secure parking, good comfortable, clean, quiet room (+) the parking place is really a big advance

the hotel itself is gorgeous and very modern, and i noticed local people like to hang out at the bar to work even if they're not residents at the hotel

the staff were all very helpful and friendly and the bar area was welcoming and had a daily happy hour too

receptionist did not had any information about early check in even after paying and booking room from a day before so that we have room to sleep

only thing to comment on is that there was no shampoo / shower gel in the shower, but hey had bar soap

amazing bar downstairs and fantastic bedrooms , really helpful staff at all times
