room service, front desk and restaurant don't answer phone if busy at front desk or

i hadn't realised there was a bar and restaurant so we had eaten elsewhere so can't comment on that

tv was temperamental, not sure if it was a wifi problem or batteries in the remote, frustrating when trying to relax

wifi is limited to 45 minutes and only available in the hotel lounge

staff were accommodating and did manage to find me a room and check in early for which they also waived the early check in charge, all of which was much appreciated

only complaint was looking out to the gym and knowing that i could not use it because of the mandatory

in the shower/bath was low, it s a 15-20 taxi ride from t5 with kids although you can use a public bus

to get an early check in and late check out

that we couldn t get room service other than pizza

more laundry facilities would be helpful.

the property also had a well stocked gym, laundry facilities and decent restaurant on site

the room was a good size and we appreciated the laundry facilities provided

booked room as it was close to terminal 2, had wifi and private bathroom
