was being refurbished - it would have been nice to not to have had to pay extra for access to the pool under

outside area was fantastic, we stayed with my dog who was welcomed in the bar area and outside areas

felt the food offer in the champagne bar could have been better, not much on offer for veggies

how cosy it makes you feel. the waiting room with the fireplace is the best one :)
