our room 'highfield' was noisy all night due to the kitchen chiller's.

we had room service breakfast for an additional 5 per room tray charge and it was lovely and hot with

it was located next to the laundry room and the delivery doors outside

i can only presume was a laundry delivery as it sounded like metal cages rattling very early in the morning

given a room with an unclean bathroom with towels on the floor and dirty laundry when we came to the room at 1

arrived late and all the kids wanted to do was go for a swim in the pool

we're able to accommodate our request of early check in which enhanced our stay even more

early check in and late checkout, the room and the food
