i really have to mention something i would say i noticed there was no laundry bags in the room

three containers purposefully broken (to avoid people stealing them) no slippers in the room no laundry bag for

only one towel so went to reception to ask for a second only to be told there was an issue with laundry facilities

t leave laundry trolleys in the corridors all day because wheelchairs and pushchairs etc need to pass and

they didn t have basic services like umbrellas, laundry bags, etc.

breakfast was included and buffet and continental which set us up nicely for the day
