no laundry service

bathroom was grubby . wifi was very poor

of the drinks at the bar but always pricy in hotels

ample parking,supermarket and pub 300 yards away,nice and quiet,room nice and clean and comfortable what

parking was free and the staff were so friendly and helpful

on two occasions failed to fulfil our request for a hairdryer and whether it was possible to have laundry done

the wifi was very basic - couldn't stream online tv programs with out buffering

room was good, but the room service wasn't available

dinner from the bar was average.

the kids loved it

all the hotel was good the rooms were clean and tidy the staff were great, nice bar area and breakfast was

great location, easy parking, easy booking in, great room, great breakfast and easy check out.

why i got told well that's the way is it and has been since 2022, i was then woken up at 5am by laundry delivery

in reality we were on the first floor overlooking the car park on laundry collection day

late check out, great breakfast with takeaway options, friendly and efficient staff, great view

paid for a late check out but room was cleaned and emptied before we left/checked out

a quieter location at night love that holiday inn express don't charge extra for break fast and wifi

great for kids, football pitch on roof for kids to play, and fridge of treats for kids for free.

gym would benefit from some hand weights and some mats

complimentary snacks in the room mini bar and personalised greeting on a postcard on arrival to the room made
