abit dated don t get why it s b/w plus room 20 is right next to the laundry room so we could here the dryers

hour room service was advertised which is why i chose this hotel

we're able to accommodate our request of early check in which enhanced our stay even more

awakened at 4am with laundry arriving and being wheeled into hotel on metal trolleys

the location was good with lots of free parking

unfortunately as the main bar and restaurant area were so large it was very

room the first night was next to the laundry and the machines were operating all night, keeping us awake or

booking was changed from the previous three weeks and i was put in a room that was next to the laundry and a

need a total refurbishment, large mound and damp patches in our room and s view of the dirty laundry

was no iron in the room/available though there was a laundry service(have to pay for)

i wanted to do some personal laundry but was not able to. but i coped!

location , ideal for liverpool and southport , good parking onsite ,good pub just across the car park

stayed here on 7th feb for the night as i had booked into the spa the next day

place to retire for a moment and enjoy the magnificent golf course and the great indoors pool and steam

grounds immaculate, pool large, clean and well managed

i loved the amazing grounds of this hotel and the breakfast was just perfect

not so much as didn't like, but vegetarian breakfast could be improved but hey i didnt starve.

only opened 6 inches breakfast was a disgrace having to wait for more food to come out from the kitchen on more

hot food for breakfast had been under heat lamps for to long but when asked they made me fresh scambled
