expensive laundry, nearly eight pounds per shirt, my hotel in central london three pounds per shirt

loved the service, the location, the cocktail bar and most of all the five course gourmet dinner

as well we booked a standard room then upgraded to executive suite for more space i didn't have breakfast but

we were allocated a lovely quiet room at the end of a corridor which was ideal as we have young kids

booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids and when we arrived at 22h00 the kids pull down bed had not been

i brought this to the hotel s attention and was told that the laundry is outsourced and there was nothing

the information book in the room says they have a laundry service but when i asked where the bag was i was told

couldn't get wifi in our room because of the distance from the router which was a little
