room service was reasonably priced and a nice feature although errors where made in our order and

very poor wifi signal in room 104 could only use internet in common areas

also had a small cardiovascular type gym (i personally didn't use, though rest of my family did)

we feel the place has improved even further and set an even higher bar

the room was gorgeous, with free tea and coffee and a mini bar for alcoholic purchases

loved the service, the location, the cocktail bar and most of all the five course gourmet dinner

food is excellent and the cocktail bar is quiet and comfortable

told that room service was available, then being treated as though we had done something wrong by using this

that was nice and warm a gym that i didnt look that lol because it was a old mill quirky set out at weekends,

needs a refurb old and tired. wifi not working. shower poor

a 4night stay, no room service or change of linen during that time

appointed spacious room, nice restaurant & bar & and fabulous spa area with pool sauna & steam room

with everything, although we were wakened early as our room was above the entrance where the laundry van turned

for the money no complaints at all it suits me and girlfriend for our weekend breaks from the kids

the breakfast was of a very high quality and there was not anything on there we did not like

lack of laundry service - fortunately there were a couple of laundry companies in the area

australia we often / usually have a little fridge in the room washing/ laundry facilities only thing

turning radiator off lumpy pillows i don t normally have skin any issues have you changed laundry company

the three of us were given the spa changing rooms

there was a wedding downstairs and there was alot of noise from kids running in the corridors.

towels thin and laundry smelt like an old people's home no complimentary water paper cups and stirrers, no hot

some works being carried out by builders however on further inspection it appeared to be the laundry service

woken up at 7:15am to a truck taking away laundry, banging around outside for at least 30 mins

dirty laundry and rubbish outside our room for a couple of hours on arrival and on second day.

stayed a few times it s so clean and tidy & kids loved the swimming facilities

was luke warm, nobody picked up the breakfast in bed request, bar food not nice, woken up by laundry truck

another two guests also complained at breakfast as two young guests were also on their phones on loudspeakers

wonderful they could accommodate an early check in for us too

from the concierge, receptionist and bar staff it was really lovely to see a uniform in the upstairs downstairs

the last time i stayed they kept half my deposit back as they said my room was dirty but had no room service
