we arrived and couldnt check-in, the room wasnt ready due to a laundry miss hap

as we still had one clean towel, but we were disappointed by the quality of their clean laundry

wasn t full , yet my room in the annexe was located next to a boiler plant room or industrial laundry , which

5 times to try to get room service as i just couldn t get hold of them

room the first night was next to the laundry and the machines were operating all night, keeping us awake or

i wanted to do some personal laundry but was not able to. but i coped!

booking was changed from the previous three weeks and i was put in a room that was next to the laundry and a

need a total refurbishment, large mound and damp patches in our room and s view of the dirty laundry

was no iron in the room/available though there was a laundry service(have to pay for)

the staff were pleasant and very helpful. the room was very clean and the kids livedthe break

bouncy cumfy beds we got early check in at 12 which we asked for and late check out at1 cause we was getting

covid restrictions have been lifted in the uk so a phone in the rooms is required, plus full room service

views were amazing too, we over looked the golf course staff were all friendly and helpful

i don't understand why the charge is per night when no extra laundry or cleaning is needed after the first night

was a scruffy filthy place it s nothing like it s advertised it has no laundry facilities or pool or sauna

also the maids were doing laundry in the afternoon while i was trying to make up for lost sleep during the
