no laundry service

bathroom was grubby . wifi was very poor

of the drinks at the bar but always pricy in hotels

ample parking,supermarket and pub 300 yards away,nice and quiet,room nice and clean and comfortable what

parking was free and the staff were so friendly and helpful

on two occasions failed to fulfil our request for a hairdryer and whether it was possible to have laundry done

the wifi was very basic - couldn't stream online tv programs with out buffering

room was good, but the room service wasn't available

dinner from the bar was average.

all the hotel was good the rooms were clean and tidy the staff were great, nice bar area and breakfast was

to pay extra if we want an early check in especially when they know the races starts at 12 - should allow early

why i got told well that's the way is it and has been since 2022, i was then woken up at 5am by laundry delivery

great location, beautiful property, amazing pool facilities

your laundry services were not appropriate for that and the

they have a very well priced laundry service that returns your washing clean and folded within 8hrs

swimming pool was grubby, needed some tlc. breakfast was expensive.

also the spa had very good saunas and the pool was great too, enjoyed our stay very much

clean, and with a great king size bed with egyptian cotton sheets, large bath and shower and spacious with

bar was not atmospheric ( we went to the pub next door) no laundry bag in the room or safety mat for the bath

only booking last minute we couldn t get into the spa for treatments would make sure i booked in advance next
