our room was next to the service room where all the laundry was kept and there was a stench emanating from that

pool and sauna were small but perfect for relaxing

staff were very accommodating and friendly, the hotel was tidy, pleasant atmosphere, gym and swim included in

we went to the bar and was served by the most friendly bar staff who never changed from our 3 day visit

to cancel the trip, was looking forward to staying there as in previous years i had helped the laundry delivery

the breakfast was great. plenty of variety very fast wifi

only a bit manic in the bar area on match days but this never bothered us though may to others

close the the university we are visiting the next day. good bar service and a great breakfast.

the hotel is well located with easy access to food, drink, casino and bingo and not far from town

the chilli con carne on the bar menu is very spicy

out in the end as no one came back to clear plate for 40 mins after finishing main course - no laundry service
