could do with decorating & new carpet i booked parking but because there was a wedding in the venue i had to

put on breakfast earlier, as the kids had to attended a dancing effort, meaning the wouldn't have had breakfast

i feel sorry for them having to live there without kitchen / laundry facilities

there was no clean pillow cases for us as the laundry person had not been to the hotel yet so we had to shared

no wifi in the room and too hot think there is wifi but it wasn't advertised or provided

guests from the wedding the night before were using the spa pool for a few hours on the saturday and were very

breakfast service was very slow, coffee came after i ate. but that s a minor thing.

we used the gym and they had cold towels waiting outside in a fridge which was a nice touch

teenagers were not allowed in the gym

the room was amazing with the bar open 24hrs

the wifi would not connect at all during the stay, hardly life ending but still somewhat annoying

and restaurant are very good, very comfortable warm with two excellent fireplaces with roaring real fires

first room 428 was very dark and possible noise from laundry area, i asked to change rooms and eventually upgraded
