abandoned laundry carts, room service trays, bottles, glasses and rubbish litter the corridors

no response from reception for room service or assistance

we plan to visit again someday, with our dog as there are pet friendly spaces too which is fantastic

the wifi was good enough so i was able to watch footy most places i stay at don't allow this

it would have been even better if was a golf course

hotel bar with friendly and helpful staff

122 is not deluxe and situated right above the kitchen fans it was impossible to have the window open as they

not enough staff at a busy time in the bar took us 40 mins to order a drink in peek time

showers was a bit small for me the breakfast could of been better and the beer at the bar was not very cleaver

first room we were given was cold, it was right above the extractor fan of the kitchen and very noisy

laundry van loading / unloading directly outside our window early on saturday morning was

room service arrived but had to ask for cutlery

spa was lovely treat; therapists friendly and relaxing

about this hotel was superb,restaurant was fantastic both evening meal and breakfast,pool was incredible

we stayed in the 'september' room in the old part of the building, not far from the bar and restaurant

older gentleman behind the bar we asked if he had any taxi numbers as we are not from the area

breakfast available told us to use local cafe room next to ours was a laundry room ,got woken up both mornings

no laundry service, no food service, the bed was cracked in the middle

to cancel the trip, was looking forward to staying there as in previous years i had helped the laundry delivery

the restaurant was always fully booked for the 2 nights we were there, so were forced to order room service

would have hoped for better pub-food at the bar. not offering laundry service is a minus.
