the hotel allowed residents to park in the electric parking points when not electric cars

set in large grounds, with a lovely orangery where the restaurant and bar is

it was ok as the view was great, but it became obvious there was a staffing issue in the kitchen/restaurant

too much noise until midnight coming from kitchen area below

except gym could be better equipped

bar meals were also to a very high standard with a good choice of cask ale whiskey and gin bar

wifi tended to be rather intermittent, but not really an issue for me

the room service was excellent too

wifi - couldn't connect in room which was at far end of hotel, have previously stayed nearer to

price was good, bar area and restaurant was really clean, location was very good and parking wasn't a

bed was very comfy and had a good pint at the bar brill location will use again

they showed us to our room, they explained opening hours for the restaurant and bar and answered any questions

great for kids, long corridors to run down and even the bar area is great for them with loads of space to

children really enjoyed the pool and the hotel itself the way it was designed interiorley especially the stair

gym facilities great and the spa pool and swimming pool lovely

m really struggling to find fault with anything, the only comment i would make is the wifi was poor but i

hotel doesn't have the list of numbers for the reception, bar and taxis printed on the table next to the

the hotel was in a great location- the food was excellent including a meal ordered with room service

prices in bar never consistent

parking-not convenient to park across the street with kids is

general manager made me feel at home and helped with a laundry issue

stifling hot 30 degrees inside and 15 outside, presumably sat over a laundry or shop

elevator out of order . and could not connect to wifi

i had one issue connecting to the wifi but that was quickly solved with no fuss.

also had a late check out which suited us perfectly

floor annexe side door means you walk past the kitchens and laundry area - the smell and decor are not always

reception and the outside door to room 12 unfortunately closely passes the parking space for the laundry collection

really only that some small bar meals, sandwiches would be great instead of a formal evening meal, however, this

staff were brilliant and the rooms impeccable. loved the conservatory for breakfast and dinner.

out of the parking lot was difficult because of a hill to the right

hosts made us feel very welcome (even did a bag of laundry for us)

the back garden was kitted out with skittles, tables, stuff for kids to play with and loads of sitting

earlier than the 8 am start, but had to wait until 8 am as there was a miscommunication with the kitchen, which
