to cancel the trip, was looking forward to staying there as in previous years i had helped the laundry delivery

we tried for early check in but room not available

however i did manage to park and the car was ok in the morning, the reception area is good with a bar close by

therefore the window was open all night to try to improve it, so noisy when laundry vans arrived in the morning

amazing spa facilities and very good value for what's available. breakfast was also excellent.

we enjoyed a warm and pleasant stay - an amazing room and we made full use of the sector-leading spa facilities

i feel sorry for them having to live there without kitchen / laundry facilities

there was no clean pillow cases for us as the laundry person had not been to the hotel yet so we had to shared

as we had to do treatment one at the time but she made us feel at ease and there was a small gym and sauna that

the staff were very helpful and proactive, for instance parking their cars in the ev bays in order to make sure

our room was supposedly in a quiet section of the hotel but the laundry was below the window and so was noisy

only minor issue was that our room was opposite the laundry bins outside which gave us an early morning wake up

they were moving big trolleys of dirty laundry from 07:30 which made a terrible noise and

bed, blinds did not cover windows in bedroom allowing light into room, laundry and tray containing waste food

our room was next to the service room where all the laundry was kept and there was a stench emanating from that

range of food for breakfast options is very good, i had the full cooked breakfast which was cooked perfectly
