bar could of been open 24 hrs as we asked for a juice at midnight and was told no

bar manager was amazing friendly and calm, he seemed to hold the place together very well

i booked this hotel as my usual glasgow hotel rates were really expensive because of the golf open so travelling

barely got an apology from the senior staff member that took the ox cheeks away and he never

a function going on and it was a bit loud but they managed to move us to a quieter room so the kids can sleep

didn t like how the bedding wasn t clean and how the room was never cleaned by a room service everyday like

clean and comfortable stay, staff was welcoming and helpful too my kids like the place

dinner and we would have bought soft drinks for the drivers in our party and also drinks for the kids and to

wifi wasn't great and room wasn't quite as clean as i'd hoped-found stale crisps under bed and

same menu each day with not a great choice, but staff was helpful regarding two 14 yrs old kids

around the pool side, no one delivered towels resulting in me having to use a tool from the dirty laundry

the wifi was atrocious, one of the worst
