did feel the spa was lacking without a swimming pool

if you are wanting somewhere which gives you great food, service, cleanliness and amazing spa and gym facilities while on amazing spectacular grounds then you should book here

wifi wasn't great in the sycamore pod, but great in another one

and though the hotel wifi helped a bit it was only after experiencing this in different locations around stirling, i

only negative is that i booked a room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) and there was only room for 3 people to sleep

we had our dog with us so a table was set in the bar area and this was great

liked how friends the staff were and relaxed even though we had the kids with us.

the rooms were a good size and the addition of a fold out bed with kids duvet covers on made our little boy very happy

night porter to our presence, but we were quite tired and cold at that point and had two small kids in tow, so i do wonder would have happened if no one had heard us

had a couple of friends meet me in the bar and we were told we didn't need to book a table at the restaurant

close to all falkirk's sites of interest, bar & restaurant is excellent.

the receptionist when i checked in was rude got no welcome ignored my questions when asked about room service she only looked at my partner and answered my questions to him

and all the staff were all dressed up for halloween and was made to feel very welcome, the bar was well stocked with lots of choice will definitely stay here again 5
