hotel itself was beautiful the bar area dinning area and garden room amazing staff couldn't do enough for you

our massages and the spa as a whole were a definite highlight

around as its so big doesnt seem to be an easy way to exit from the spa to the reception, but this is a minor thing compared to the overall

the bar menu is limited, the glasshouse is extremely expensive

poor choice of restaurants bar food and drink was appalling.

this place is great for kids over the school holidays. so much to do and with such lovely staff.

us booked us in explained what time dinner was breakfast, how the parking worked what time the bar would be open to, including our check out time, should we need anything we only need to ask

we were given a very early check in after a long flight and it made a huge difference to the start of our holiday

the hotel is quiet, very clean, helpful staff, working wifi and air conditioning, excellent breakfast

was my 30th birthday, the team arranged a surprise in the room of 2 free drink tokens for the bar and chocolates

reception, restaurant and room service - the same person on an evening shift served us and checked us in, she was very

early check in was not a problem. beds are really comfortable.

the canal next to the hotel was a lovely for a little early evening walk, the kids could burn off some energy and the park in the housing estate was a good find

we had a lovely bar meal as gilbert's was closed due to the date of our stay

breakfast was yummy and the staff both at reception and in the bar were really lovely and so

ere are several parking areas so do not park and unload luggage until you know where your room is

in the heath suite the steam room wasn't working and the pool and changing rooms could have been a bit cleaner

we were very close to the pool which was warm and an excellent size for a proper swim

inn is going through a refurbishment and i found it clean and had no other issues, except the wifi was almost non existant

tv kept flashing up a message about the wifi dongle every five minutes so i couldn't really watch tv

kids running up and down all night screaming couldnt sleep

breakfast choice was excellent as was the dining area

the corridors were always loud, usually kids screaming or people talking

price of the breakfast was on the higher scale of things

grounds are nice and the bar is really cheap

the wifi , i had to hang out the window to get some signal on my phone

neal,liam, steve and the rest of the bar staff made us more than welcome

no wifi in the room and if there was there was no indication of this or access

tucking my daughters baby in bed to the cook going out of his way to make us feel welcome, bar staff friendly all staff went out their way to go the extra mile for us, very clean and not too
