we were able to early check in and late check out

unable to accommodate a late check out until the morning of

on vacation with my kids seven of them but the pool was closed

chose this hotel for the pool, so the kids could splash around in the evening

our requests for adjoining/connecting rooms and all on the same floor as we were there with our kids and their young children

wish there is one outdoor pool where kids could use as well

parking lots are very tight

parking, even though it was free parking, it s a bit of a walk if you have kids and asleep, makes

perfect place for family! the little kids loved it, so did our parents.

my 16th years old girls couldn't go to the pool do to new rules

the pool was closed. with covid restrictions being lifted, the pool should've been open.

liked the convenience of the hotel, and our suite was very clean with a nice kitchen and comfortable bed

also, if you have young kids it's best you request a room on the first floor as someone below us complained of my 2 year

they didn't bother but there appearance and in front of kids not a good look

no laundry bag in closet and only one hanger, i had multiple jackets and stood forna weekend and

the lady who took our order at the bistro bar was very accommodating to my daughter; finding a kid-friendly menu option

for example, i wanted to go down to the bar after a shower, and i wanted to wear slippers, but i didn’t find any in the room

the location was great and the breakfast was really good. my kids and i had fun making waffles!

the pool and gym not being opened as well as the to-go breakfast bags

nothing the kids from above me were a little noisy but their kids it doesn't bother me.

in hallways plastic bags looked like someone left laundry in halls as well

glass in the pool area, and someone vaping- seemed like bottom floor was full of smokers as my kids witnessed both nights people smoking in the hall
