the spa area is amazing with a full program of treatments, an outdoor thermal pool, sauna, steam room, salt room, ice room and swimming pool

first 2 hours trying to find out why the milk had gone off in our room, why the towel rail and wifi wouldn't work

the staff and the gym regulars are so warm and friendly i feel very comfortable returning with my family

the gym for example was very good i enjoyed working out in there, which made me feel not so guilty
