the facilities are also great with a swimming pool and a gym

lovely rooms, great breakfast, lots of parking, free wifi, air con in rooms

and spoke with flora on reception, who was charming, supportive and most helpful in allowing us early check in

spots so if out for the day it became a bit awkward as my friend had to drop me off and go find a parking place

the kids loved the pool and my the gym was also used by us

on the bar was rude and lacked a sense of customer service

guests were not wearing masks in the hotel and also there were no mask being worn in the gym

was an unforseen powercut so i was unable to get a keycard for my room, no wifi available / power to the room

we had a bar snack in the evening, all good, accompanied by two dirty martinis, the best we've tasted

service from all the reception, bar and cleaning staff but especially rosie, supplying drinks to the garden in very hot weather

team gave exceptional customer service from the moment of arrival, bar service and dinner

really nice garden, lots of space for kids to play and generally quite safe for the kids

we ordered room service this time and it arrived promptly

i had a treatment at 3:30pm on my departure day and the staff was so nice to book a late check out at 3pm for free

pool restricts children from using it apart from between 8am-9am/ 4-6pm which are right on kids meal times so basically really unhelpful

someone opened the main stable door from outside, making a sudden door shudder, which with small kids can be frustrating when settling them in a new environment

and i liked all the small details like upon leaving the spa the person who picked me up in the golf

walking into the hotel, room was great, breakfast was lovely great choice as well to choose from, bar was lovely and so were the

great location for windsor and visiting london. great value and a fab breakfast.
