they forgot our room service, twice!

told when we asked several weeks in advance that there was no festive menu, told there was a kids ordinary menu and even sent this menu via e mail to us

was a wedding on but the staff still managed to accommodate room service

owner/manager was super helpful and a really nice friendly guy, there's a little bar which made a nice change, lots of seating outside too

the downstairs bar area and dining area, however, are in good condition
