some things to note: - celiacs beware: room service is pizza only - trauma-sufferers beware: the fire alarm may go off

you serve kippers for breakfast ensure the customer has a whole kipper - i was served one half and it seemed very small

no room service however i could collect my food and take it up to my room

reception is poor in room and bar areas, but did not overly affect my stay but could for others

rooms were good size and breakfast was excellent. and the pool was great for the kids.

was a little off, had a 'stain' next to the loo roll holder in my room, and the room service/rubbish left outside of the rooms was there all day

it was very kid friendly. kids play area was a hit with my toddler.
