information nor apologising; for making me go tirelessley through a fire exit to the outside gym in the cold and not informing me that i needed a specific key to enter

we had room service for breakfast and a lovely selection of hot and cold foods

breakfast was great, huge variety and good timings for when you have to be out early

this was such a lovely touch, as was the chocolate bar that was left for him too
